How to brush teeth?

Proper tooth brushing technique is essential for maintaining gum and tooth health. Brush the inner, outer, and biting surfaces of the teeth with a toothbrush twice a day for at least two minutes. Tilt the toothbrush at a 45° angle so that the bristles reach the gum line. For cleaning teeth with Theodent toothpaste, we recommend that after the first brushing, spit out excess foam and rinse your mouth. Then apply a small amount of Theodent toothpaste to the brush and brush your teeth again for at least 30 seconds. Spit out the foam but do not rinse, as this will achieve a greater remineralization effect.
