PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS, AND DELIVERY
All listed prices for individual products are in Euros (EUR) and include 9.5% or 22% VAT. Prices are valid from October 10, 4. 2022 until further notice.
Delivery in Slovenia is carried out through Pošta Slovenija, and delivery to the EU is through UPS.

Purchase Confirmation
You will receive a purchase confirmation to your email address. After receiving payment to our bank account, we will deliver the products along with the invoice to the chosen address. If you need additional information regarding your purchase, please refer to the order reference number or payment reference found in the purchase confirmation you received.

PRODUCT PURCHASE PROCEDURE
When you enter the homepage www.proffshop.eu, you will see a list of the most interesting and best-selling products from our online store. If you would like to learn more about a product in our offer, click on the product image (on the first page), and a corresponding subpage will open with the product description and ordering option.
HOW TO ORDER DESIRED PRODUCTS?
Next to each product image, there is also the text “Add to cart”. If you want to order the product, simply click on “Add to cart”. Once the product has been successfully added to the cart, you will see the text Your cart next to the “cart” icon in the green toolbar at the top, along with the amount of your order. If you want to continue shopping in our online store, simply continue browsing products and add the ones you decide to purchase to the cart by clicking “Add to cart”.
When you have all the desired products in your cart, click on Your cart in the green toolbar at the top and the entire contents of the cart will be displayed.
If you want to remove a specific product from the shopping cart, simply click the “red x” next to the image of the ordered product currently in the cart. When you remove the product, the cart will automatically update.
If you want to order two or more pieces of a particular product instead of one, update the cart by clicking on “Quantity” +/- to increase or decrease the quantity. After increasing or decreasing the quantity, click on “Update cart” to refresh the cart with the new quantity.
Once you have reviewed the entire contents of the cart and selected the delivery method (you only have the option of payment by proforma invoice), click on “Proceed to order”.
The system will take you to the “Order” page, where you will fill in the Customer Details. If you want delivery to a different address, fill in the “Deliver to a different address” section.
Choose the payment method. Available options are Payment by proforma invoice, Credit card payment, PayPal.
If your order amounts to more than €40.00 (for Slovenia) or more than €70.00 (for EU) , the “Delivery” section will show Free delivery, which you should select.
Before completing the order, be sure to read the Terms and Conditions and when you have read them, check “I accept the Terms and Conditions and commit to payment.” and then click on “Complete purchase”.
A few moments after clicking, you will receive an email in your inbox about the completed order: Your Proffshop.eu order from x.x.xxxx, and when the order is finalized, you will receive another message: Your Proffshop.eu order from x.x.xxxx is completed.

INVOICE ISSUANCE
PROFFSHOP, trgovina d.o.o. will include an invoice with the delivery of ordered items after payment. The invoice itemizes the price and all costs related to the purchase. The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information before submitting the order.
CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The buyer can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product by sending a written notice to the supplier and must then return the product within a further 14 days from the withdrawal from the purchase. Alternatively, the product can be returned within 14 days of receipt, which is considered as notice of withdrawal from the contract. In case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments (paid product price and shipping costs) within 14 days from the day of receiving the written withdrawal from the purchase.
If you start using the products but change your mind, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract. We suggest that for products where you immediately notice upon receipt that the color, size, or any other characteristic is not as you imagined, you do not open them fully or do not open them at all, if possible. When opening the packaging, be careful not to damage it and carefully store the packaging including all contents that protected your product and individual accessories. This way, your costs for potential return will be lower.
In case the returned products are damaged or in changed quantity, we will charge you an appropriate compensation, which will be assessed with a report upon return. We will professionally assess the mentioned costs or lower value of returned products within 3 days after the return and inform you about it within 5 days. (Compensation will be charged at least 30% of the purchase price). Please include a copy of the invoice and warranty card with the return.

with the note “return”. The buyer pays the return postage. Returns will be processed within five working days of receiving the complaint.
The purchase contract is stored at the company’s headquarters. Access to it is possible with a personal visit to the company’s headquarters.
SHIPPING DEADLINE
For products in stock, the shipping deadline is up to 2-4 working days after the confirmed order. In other cases, it’s up to 14 days, except where specifically stated with delivery status. For products not in stock, the delivery time is up to 30 days after receiving the order. In case of a longer delivery time, we will inform you about the delivery time by email or phone.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Based on the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, 86/04 and 113/05), the administrator of the online store commits to permanent protection of all personal data and will use them only for the purposes of fulfilling the order and other necessary communication. User data will in no case be provided to unauthorized or third parties. The user is also responsible for protecting their personal data.
Personal data obtained from customers on the website www.proffshop.eu are protected and will not be shared with third parties without their written consent.
The administrator of the website www.proffshop.eu reserves the right to establish business contact to resolve any ambiguities in verifying data or orders or to resolve any disagreements.

In such a case, PROFFSHOP, trgovina d.o.o. will inform the customer about the changes and allow them to withdraw from the contract or exchange the ordered item.
DISCLAIMER
We reserve the right to disable the website or prevent access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or obstructing the use of the online store. In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel placed orders affected by the technical error. In case of order cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you about further steps. You must ensure adequate protection of equipment (antivirus, etc.) before accessing and using the website. The buyer must ensure adequate security and confidentiality of the data used for logging in to the website (email address, password).
OUT-OF-COURT CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
