3. HOW IT WORKS
Tattoo Care Sun Protection is an ointment, not a cream, gel, or lotion.
Ointments differ from these by containing more nourishing ingredients that protect the skin and less water. The structure of an ointment is thicker than a cream, so it takes a bit more time to apply. The difference is also that an ointment penetrates deeper into the dermis to deeply hydrate and nourish the skin from within. This is where your tattoo is located. By hydrating and nourishing this deep layer, tattoo colors will be more durable and intense, while fading will slow down. Additionally, the ointment acts occlusively, protecting the epidermis as well. Due to its structure and ingredients, the care effect is more comprehensive and longer-lasting than a cream.

5. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Always store the ointment at room temperature (up to 25 °C) in a dry, dark place.
For new tattoos
Before applying the ointment to a new tattoo for the first time, gently rinse it with lukewarm water (without soap). Air dry or gently pat dry with a paper towel. With clean hands, apply a thin layer of Tattoo Care ointment. Since the ointment is thicker than a cream, try applying it by dabbing it onto the tattoo with your finger (image below). Wait a few moments for the ointment to warm slightly with your body temperature, then spread it gently without excessive pulling. You can also apply the ointment just by dabbing without spreading. Repeat this process 3 times a day until your tattoo is fully healed (usually 2-4 weeks).
One Tattoo Care ointment (35 g) usually lasts for 1-2 weeks of use, depending on the size of the tattoo and the amount applied.
For older/existing tattoos
Apply the ointment to the tattoo and spread it well. For larger tattoos, we recommend applying it to different parts and then spreading it thoroughly over the entire tattoo. The effect will be visible within minutes as the skin becomes more elastic and fresh-looking. If your tattoo colors aren’t too damaged or faded, they will become vibrant and shiny again. With regular use (at least 2x/week), your tattoo will maintain a fresh, shiny look, and the intensity of colors and clear lines will be preserved.
6. INGREDIENTS
Tattoo Care ointment contains natural ingredients, including:
- natural calendula extract in almond oil – soothes the skin and has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant effects,
- olive and jojoba oil – provide long-lasting hydration and protection, making the skin softer and more elastic,
- vitamin A and vitamin E, Allantoin, Bisabolol (chamomile ingredient) – support the regeneration of sensitive skin, increase collagen production, and soothe the skin.

7. WARNINGS
