How to brush teeth?

Proper brushing technique is crucial for healthy gums and teeth. Brush the inner, outer, and chewing surfaces of your teeth twice daily for at least two minutes. Angle your toothbrush at 45° so the bristles reach the gum line. When brushing with Theodent toothpaste, after your first brush, spit out excess foam and rinse your mouth. Then, apply a small amount of Theodent toothpaste to your brush and brush again for at least 30 seconds. Spit out the foam, but do not rinse, as this will enhance the remineralization effect.
